Fatigue? lack of sle: There are many causes of fatigue. Lack of adequate sleep is one common cause and it certainly explains your fatigue. Poor sleep can be due to excess use of coffee, coca cola(caffeine) and alcohol. You should seek medical attention and make sure that doctor can help you by checking for the causes, give you medication and make sure that you do not have depression as the cause.
