Rid the dust mites: Wash bedding, and linens in hot water. Clean house. If you eliminate the problem you won't have to treat it with a medication. Tight chest can be due to COPD which may or may not be triggering the symptoms. See a Doctor to make sure that it is a dust mite allergy. In US the specialty called allergists give shots and help your get over the reaction.
