Bed bugs: Spread of bedbugs depends on their human hosts for movement from one location to another. Bedbugs move by way of furniture, clothing, suitcases, used mattresses, etc. Here is a link to sc dept of health webpage on bedbugs. Has good advice. http://www.scdhec.gov/environment/envhealth/pests/bed-bugs-get-rid.htm also good housekeeping video on travel & bed bugs http://youtu.Be/dveyliwbduq.

You aggressively : Take care of the bedbug problem. It is hard to fall asleep with the anticipation that you will wake up to many new bed bug mites in the morning. Melatonin can help with sleep but it won't cure the problem. Declutter entire bedroom/ home. Place all junk in tightly check this site for instructions: http://treatmentforbedbugs.Com/sealed plastic & dispose of it. Wash clothing, linens, towels in hot.

water. Dry on highest heat - then repeat. Place clean items in a sealed bag to prevent re-infestation.Steam clean what you can't place in drier. Vacuum EVERYTHING using a disposable bag. Seal bag & dispose of bag. Next, use a STEAM cleaner everywhere (every crack & crevice). Use a non-toxic spray after cleaning or consider using fossil shell dust. You may need to repeat this process more than once. Now with this said- this is a tough job – you might want to consider using an exterminator that specializes in bed bug removal.
