Elevated heart rate: There is always minute to minute variation in heart rate. 7 beats is not a lot. Usually we are concerned if . 20-30 . Position movement , emotional stress can affect hear rate. Is it associated with symptoms short of breathe? dizziness? Would not worry . But discuss with you doctor, urgent care .if very concerned can get holter which will monitor heart rate over 24 hours.
