Blepheroconjunctivi : Need to see the PCP or an eye doctor. Will need antibiotic eyedrops,warm compresses and cleaning the eyelid margins with a Q tip dipped in diluted baby shampoo

Eyelid red/ watery: Could be allergy (may respond to zaditor zyrtec) ,infection, or glaucoma, or thyroid ( usually both eyes involved ), or mass. . Would follow up with ophthalmologist and consider MRI of the orbits , if applicable
