I have been experiencing shock like pain in my index finger only when rubbed with another finger, it came back when a co worker gave me a shock cause?

Exam needed: Sharp pain in a finger on being touched can be due to a spur, arthritis, irritable nerve,or small cyst or other growth. A exam by your physician or a hand surgeon would be needed in order to make a diagnosis. An X-Ray of the finger may be advised.
