Hemangioma?: Recurrent nosebleeds at your age (20) usually are caused by superficial blood vessels or tangles of blood vessels (hemangiomas, sometimes called blood vessel "moles"). Either of these usually can be easily treated to prevent bleeding. See a doctor, preferably an otolaryngolotist (ear, nose, throat specialist). Viel gluck!
