How bad is it?: If severe, go to ER asap. Classically appendicitis starts as a stomach ache then localized to the right lower abdomen. Worse with Activity? Eating? Did u injure yourself? Is it improving or worsening or the same.Other symptoms? Fevers? Chills? Change in bowel movements? If not severe, make an appt with your md.
