Late period: At 35, sometimes your ovulation is delayed, which will delay the onset of your period. Ask your gyn to do a serum HCG test, which is very accurate in testing for pregnancy. Usually six months with unprotected sex is the time to look into potential causes. Suggest a semen analysis for your partner, and a hystero-salpingo-gram (HSG) to make sure your tubes are open.
