I have a 6x5 cm nonfunctional adenoma and also primary bp (150-100) not because of ny adenoma. can i get pregnant in this conditions?

Adenoma?: Need more information, since "adenoma" is not specific as to location. Fertility is very diminished at 40 years, but if your blood pressure is controlled better, and no other serious health risks apply, with modern fertility medications, it is certainly possible.
