I been having this twitching under the left breast. it started right after i ate. it comes and goes. is this my heart?

Probably not: The twitching is probably muscular, but not likely to be cardiac. One way to check would be to check your pulse the next time you get the twitching. If it is cardiac, you may feel a highly irregular pulse.
