Hello, i went to the toilet and my stool was light brown, but had a grey top to it and when i wiped, the paper was yellow, i also have fatty deposits ?

Need other info: Appearance of the stool usually reflects what you ate the previous 12 hours. Gray stools or clay colored stools could indicate a gall bladder problem. Pink or red might indicate a hemorhhoid bleeding into the BM Since none of these apply likely food passing through, I would not be concerned. If continues see a Doctor for complete work up.
