Bone is hard: It takes a lot to cause injury to the skull or inside the skull. Unless they were some hefty keys, a ct would not be needed.

See your doctor: See your doctor if you r concerned. The dizziness and headache alone may not warrant a ct. There's a lot of radiation associated with ct so it shouldn't be a reflex test. Your doctor needs to repeat a neuro exam on you to determine if ct is necessary or not. He will likely check your balance and test reflexes, etc to help evaluate your need for a ct.
