Pharmacist: Most antibiotics do not affect birth control. You did not mention the name of your antibiotics so we can not comment on your specific situation. Consider contacting the pharmacist and they can tell you if you are on one of the more rare antibiotics that affects birth control. You could also use condoms until the antibiotics are done as an alternative
