No: All so called blood tests that are available ie. Ca125 et.al are approved for monitoring a patients condition once diagnosis is established and one uses a rising marker to show failure of treatement and decreasing marker to indicate response to treatment. No test available today can diagnose the presence or absence of an undiagnosed malignancy.
