Ovulation: The issue with pcos is many people do not ovulate. If you do not ovulate then you will need ovulation medication to get pregnant. If you do not ovulate then there is no issue. A quick way to know is to assess your periods. If you are having regular, cyclic periods every 21-35 days then ovulation is likely. Weight loss is key with pcos and ovulation if overweight.
