Vaginal extra skin: Sometimes the formation of the "hymenal ring" will produce extra tissue, which is part of the vaginal lining, but protrudes from the vaginal opening. This is only a "cosmetic" issue, and if it does not bother you, it can be left alone. If it makes you self conscious, see a gyn physician who can remove it.
