I have a very painful lump between my vagina and anus, on the right hand side. This is the second time it has appeared, the last being a month ago and it lasts for a few days and then goes away. Feels like ball under skin & no fluid leakage at all.
I have a buldge on my anus and a little buldge of skin develop below the opening of my vagina. I went to my primary doctor about 4 months ago and she said its normal after child birth. I just looked at it today and it seems bigger now. Surgery?

My youngest son is 6 months old, I had vaginal delivery and after the delivery; I've had an extra skin on my anus, sometimes it hurts but most of the time it doesn't but I've never had hemorrhoids; so I"m not sure if that is what it is.
