When i bend over i feel a pressure in my chest. middle upper chest below my neck, when i stand up it goes away only in a weird position ?

Could be Acid reflux: Do you have heart burn type of burning sensation? It may be a symptom of acid reflux from stomach into your esophagus(Food pipe). If it persists for more than a few days, try using an antacid such as Zantac or Omeprazole(over the counter meds). Either of these drugs can relieve acidity related symptoms. If not better then go see your PCP for further check up.
