Sound sick. : It does sins like you have an acute infection atop your chronic asthma. Perhaps an upper respiratory infection or sinusitis. You may not need an antibiotic necessarily, but you may need some kind of treatment for the infection and/or your asthma. Infections can trigger asthma exacerbations.
