It happens sometimes: Lab results are just numbers. Their meaning depends on why tests were done and what is happening to the person. If there is nothing wrong with the person, then values inside the reference range, or a little outside the reference range, are usually not worrisome. Reference range includes about 95% (not 100%) of normal people, which means 5% of normal people have values outside the reference range.
