Warts ???: Although possible it is unusual for a kid to have wart on their face. There is a wart like cousin called molluscum, which is more short term & often falls off within a year. If true warts, destruction with chemicals or freezing is the more common practice. All would leave scars of variable size. I would consult a peds/dermatologist on what it is & then decide on treatment if indicated.
