Well: Firstly. Chronic cholesterol. I assume you mean you cholesterol is high. Hopefully you are on medication for this and you eat healthy and exercise. Now headaches. You need to be evaluated for headaches. There are many causes so you need to start by finding the cause. Since it seems to be new to you start by getting a doctor and ask for an evaluation.

Check carotids: With familial hypercholesterolemia, there are often atherosclerotic blockages in the carotid artery. It is unlikely to occur at age 26, but possible. Get a doppler ultrasound of both carotids, looking for blockage, which could reduce cerebral blood flow and cause headache
