Yes, you can: Ramipril and Imodium do not interact with each other. These medications can be safely taken together. A couple words about Imodium - the dose instructions say you can take up to 16 mg, with a 2 mg dose after each diarrhea episode. The drug is potent, so if it doesn’t work after a few doses, come back here for alternatives unless you’re experienced with it already and know how you respond to it.
