Nondiagnostic: If there has been no strain or injury, these somewhat diffuse symptoms may be due to early viral infection. At this time, since you don't mention fever or cough, I recommend resting and taking Tylenol for the aches. If deep cough, sputum production, fever, wheezing or shortness of breath develops see your physician for evaluation.
