Chest pain : Possible it is a broken rib. Definitely recommend getting an xray.

Musculoskeletal: Could be result of evulsion of part of the origin of the pectoralis muscle, or possibly costal cartilage injury or injury to costo-sternal joint, if more superior could be injury of sterno-clavicular joint. Requires examination
