That's easy...: Pregnancy weeks are officially counted from 2 weeks prior to the estimated day of conception so that a woman is already 2 weeks pregnant at the time her egg is fertilized (which is the same as conception). Just get a calendar and count backwards from now, and go back 11 weeks (13 minus 2 = 11) to see the ESTIMATED day of conception. Also, no woman ever knows the exact day of a natural conception.
