Too high: A heart rate of more than 200 is very high, and would usually be caused by an abnormal heart rhythm. However, this may be a reading error from your device. Suggest you count your pulse rate during exercise (use your thumb to feel your pulse on the opposite wrist, count the beats in 15 secs and multiply by 4). Discuss with your doctor if you count more than 50 beats in 15 seconds.
