With the brain exposed, does someone not run the risk of fluid gathering under her scalp while sleeping?

Sleep: For the brain to be exposed to the environment it would literally mean the the skull has been exposed and the brain coverng and brain are exposed to external enviornment. (this is rare) usually the fluid CSF is contained within a closed space and should not increase while sleeping unless there is overprouction or decreased output.
