I've a migraine, but have a feeling of fullness in my ear with a clicking noise. also have eye and cheek pain. have taken migraine tablets and they are not working. i've had it for 9 hours now.

Must see an MD: You seem to have chronic migraine headaches. Migraine is what we call a “waste basket diagnosis”, that is everything else has to be ruled out, especially you need an MRI. This attack sounds more severe than your usual, with ear, eye & cheek pain. It is lasting 9hrs despite medication. You must see your primary care doctor or a neurologist which should order some lab tests & an MRI to rule out other causes of headaches.
