No: I assume you are speaking of Himalayan Salt Lamps which are used for relaxation. NaCl, salt, is bad for patients with hypertension that ingest the salt as it can lead to increase blood pressure. As long as the lamp is being used as a lamp, you should have no effects from it.

Salt and hypertension: Salt lamps are not a concern in a person with high blood pressure - enjoy the glow. It is the ingestion of salt that leads to worsening of high blood pressure. Watching your salt intake, if you have high blood pressure, is important. General recommend goal is approximately 2 g a day in your diet.
