Prenatal Multivits: Prenatal multivitamins are a very good vitamin supplement for adults who are not pregnant. Prenatals are often used in the geriatric population because these folks often don't eat a balanced diet. However, if you are on warfarin, the vitamin k in prenatal vitamins can adversely affect your anticoagulation therapy. It's always best to check first with your doctor.
