Need evaluation: None of this fits with the prior diagnosis or treatment for chlamydia. Blood in your urine/stool could be several things all of which would have differing treatment. I would see your regular doc when you can get in.

Uti: Burning on urination makes a urinary tract infection likely and could explain the blood in the urine. The diarrhea may have been caused by antibiotics if you had taken them shortly before. Blood in stools could have been from hemorrhoids or inflammatory bowel disease. See your physician for testing and treatment. A gastroenterologist may also be recommended to investigate your bowel symptoms.
