Obesity: You can ask the nurse or just look these up on the internet. You'll want to learn some basics about food groups, what is healthy, what isn't healthy, what foods you child should be eating everyday, how much activity they should be doing. Also good to know what is considered over/under weight for your child at a given age. I have seen 240lbs 5th graders. You want to avoid that.
