Menstrual history &: more detail about your previous pregnancies and current serum levels of your hormones are needed to give you a reasonable explanation of what's going on here. You may have conceived but will go on to have an early miscarriage. Or your hormones may be out of balance and the migraine & nausea are a coincidence. Hope all goes well. Dr. Anne
