I had a knee scope on the 3rd for a suspected medial meniscal tear in my right knee. its been about 3 days and my right foot is ice cold.

Circulation: there could have been some sort of a iatrogenic cause of a vascular problem this could vary from the method of hemostasis used to accidently severing a blood vessel. Go back to doctor who did surgery.
