Concern white lumps: Good night, I read your post. The white lumps you’re referring to could be related to discharge and a possible STD, as well as condylomas or genital warts. Either way, I highly recommend your fiancé to be evaluated by her Ob/gyn, for an in-office exam. Protective intercourse is always encouraged.
