At urgent care, the oxygen finger monitor said 99 then went to 95 then back to 98. Had gel nails on. Did that affect it? Worried why it went to 95.

Oxygen monitor: The monitor either gets a reading or not. It is not uncommon to see fluctuations, especially in those with asthma, bronchitis, or pneumonia.
