Out of nowhere i woke up to1 big red bump on 7 of my toes top knuckle part one of them has scab on it no itch but hurts looks like blisters but solid.

Shoe gear: It could be multiple causes, but since this is Acute and all 7 toes are affected. The first suspect would be your shoe gear. Did you start wearing different shoes? it could be the socks also.
