Maybe. Maybe not.: Thai curry (or other curries) can cause diarrhea "sometimes in some people" but a person should not blame Thai curry as the cause unless the same symptoms occur at several different occasions during which the only common factor was Thai curry. In that case, one may blame the curry as the cause, or blame an ingredient inside the curry.
