Endometrium: Either ultrasound or some kinds of "x-rays" ( a CT for example) can measure endometrial thickening, which may be due to benign causes. The measure you mentioned should be biopsied by a gyn surgeon to make certain the cells are not pre-cancerous, even if there has been no bleeding at this point. See your gyn provider for this fairly soon.
