Endometrium: Either ultrasound or some kinds of "x-rays" ( a CT for example) can measure endometrial thickening, which may be due to benign causes. The measure you mentioned should be biopsied by a gyn surgeon to make certain the cells are not pre-cancerous, even if there has been no bleeding at this point. See your gyn provider for this fairly soon.

32 yr old female. Found 1cm uterine polyp 4 yrs ago during US because midcycle bleeding. Never removed it. Had two babies in 2018 and 2021. After each kid I had one episode of midcycle bleeding. My last us said polyp shrunk. Is that a sign no cancer?
