Nearly conclusive: The duo test (either rapid or lab based) picks up the large majority of infections by 24 days, but requires 4 weeks for 98-99% accuracy and 6 weeks for 100%. But your current result is really 100% conclusive because your risk was so low. Condoms work; and HIV is not known to be transmitted by cunnilingus. (There has never been a reported case of HIV transmission by oral-vaginal contact.)
