Irreg menses/clomid?: Clomid should be started only after a period or withdrawal bleeding caused by oral progestins to make sure the "new" lining of the uterus is favorable for pregnancy after clomid induction of ovulation. If pregnancy is not your priority, see a gyn endocrinologist for advice and testing about your irregular cycles.
