Duolin: The safety of this product in the use of asthma and small infants isn't established. It is a elongating beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) formoterol fumarate and glycopyrrolate (anticholinergic) that can have side effects: cough, Urinary tract infections and with LABA products like Salmeterol have caused asthma-related deaths. Check with your MD/Pulmonologist for effective nebulization if needed.
