Caution with mixing: Gabapentin and Adderall have essentially opposing effects, so it may not make sense to take the two of them together. You do not reveal why you are taking either medication. Although gabapentin has few drug-drug interactions, it does cause drowsiness and sedation, where Adderall should result in wakefulness and alertness. So, the side effects could cancel each other. This is not a good mix, and you should discuss this with your doctor(?s).
