It could be multiple: It could be any of multiple problems. First I would want to know how old are you. I would want to know what medical conditions you have and what medicine do you take. I would want to know if you injuried your ankle. Have you ever had a x-ray or any other diagnostic test. Have you ever gone to a doctor for this condition before.
