? ?: You know you have a blood clot? Are you in a blood thinner from your doc? The vessel with the clot cannot supply oxygen to the leg because of the blockage , therefore when the leg is active and cannot get the oxygen it needs , Lactic Acid builds up = pain. Also fluid back up= pain.
