Unlikely: However, sperm are pretty tenacious. Any contact to the mucosal environment can be hospitable for sperm (even pre-ejaculate, BTW). Having said that, if you look at the math for how much semen/sperm is needed to actually achieve fertilization; you really have nothing to worry about. If you're really concerned about pregnancy, take the appropriate measures and avoid even questionable contact.
