Hard to treat: Hi That is a very difficult disease to treat and often patients will struggle with symptoms for years. POTS is best managed by a sub specialist like a cardiologist, or in your case, if you have confirmed norepinephrine surge (via lab testing), possibly a endocrinologist as well. Hope this helps
