Hard to say!: Your best bet for finding out the culprits is to call an exterminator. Those folks can not only tell you what might be going on, but also fix it. We don't have enough info to tell you what bug. In the meantime, avoid fragrances and harsh soaps, as these may irritate skin and add to itching. So use unscented everything for sensitive skin. No fabric softeners at all. No aerosols.
